Welcome to Alan's Automated System!
Step 3
To Automate your listings in Easy Ad Poster you can use a program
called
"Type It In" to fill out your Campaigns.
The Process of setting up your
Alan's Automated System takes time and some patience but will save you
time in the long run !
Go to
"Type It In"
Download "Type It In" Professional
You will see a box that says example and default.
We call the bottom of the box the beard so when I say
Right click on the beard it means the bottom of the box.
You need to build your type it in buttons with your organized ads on
your page with your new type it in box on the screen too.
So go into your email and pull up your organized ads.
Right click on the bottom of the
box and click new button.
Button name is going to be my domain .
Inside the content goes your domain name -your new .com domain.
Save and close.
Right click the bottom of the box again for new button and this button
is going to be your phone number, even possibly your uplines phone
number if that has been arranged.
Inside the content goes your phone number that your new members can
reach you on.
Save and close.
Next look at the organized ads. The first ad is an interested only ad.
This ad is for people who write to you and want more info. So what I
want you to do is change the website . Simply erase it and then make
sure your cursor is right in the spot you erased it and then take your
mouse and left click on your button my domain. Now your domain has
replaced the other persons .Change the name and number at the bottom of
the ad with your name and number by erasing the name and number on the
ad and left clicking on your new button my phone and you can type in
your name thats fine. Now take your mouse and drag it over this ad -now
that it has your name and number on it and right click and copy the ad.
Go over to your "Type It In" and right click the bottom of the box. Go
to the new button and button name is "Interested only" in the content
right click and paste . Go back to your ads and go down to where it says
this is for a new sign up . It is the 3rd ad I believe. In this ad you
need to do the same thing you did with the first ad and take out the
name and number at the bottom and replace with yours. Take your mouse
and copy the ad. Right click on the bottom of the box and click new
button. This button will be named " New Sign Up ". In the body right
click and paste.
Next we are going to add some adds if you want to to your buttons. So Go
on your organized ads where it says and these are the ads for recruiting
.
The first ad I need you to put your cursor to the right of the website
link on there and erase it. Now input your domain by left clicking your
button my domain. Now copy this ad and right click on the bottom of the
box .Make sure you are copying everything in the ad even the ad title.
Click new button. This button is going to be called AD One and in the
body - right click and copy your ad in the box. DO NOT SAVE AND CLOSE
YET! there is something now that you must do every time before saving
each ad that is an AD. You need to go to the title and see that after
the title it has the word enter once or twice. Erase the enter words
(ONLY AFTER THE TITLE) leave the middle enters alone. Now replace the
enters with hitting the tab key on your keyboard twice. You need to do
this with all the recruiting ads. This is the format for Craigslist. Now
go to the bottom of each ad ( all the way to the end )and it has some
enters there too. Erase them ,this is at the very end of the ad( leave
the enters in the middle of the ad alone) you need to replace the enters
with ONE Tab key (simply click on tab on your keyboard )after tab put in
$500/wk now do not space after the tab keys. Save and close ( make sure
you have input your domain in this ad so you can get credit when placing
these ads on Craigslist ) Repeat this process until you have as many ads
in your "Type It In" as you want.
Congratulations you now have a great tool that will help keep you
organized and save you time.
